Feeling the Aura

When your aura is big enough, you can easily sense the emotions of others when standing close to them. You may suddenly feel cold or hot. You may feel comfortable or suddenly feel anxieous. The next time you feel a sudden emotion and you are around a group of people, move far enough away and check yourself. Do you still feel the way you did a moment ago?

 

Sometimes what we are feeling is not from us but the people we are around. If you suddenly feel angry or sad, move away from the source. Or see yourself pushing the energy away from you. Breathe in extra energy and push it out further from your body creating a shield and then imagine yourself getting lighter.

 

You may start to feel sensations throughout your body after doing this for a while: tingling, tickling, warmth. You may even feel like laughing or crying.

Don’t be alarmed. This is just a natural progression.

To See And Touch

One more exercise; this time with your eyes opened. Remember to relax your eyes so that it feels like you are looking past your hands. Pull them apart (if they have cooled down, rub them together again for a bit). Put the tips of your fingers of one hand to the tips of your fingers on the other and slowly pull your fingers away.

 

What do you see?

 

Try rubbing your hands for a longer period of time if you are not getting any results or move to a darker location. What you should see will resemble the picture above.

If this is no problem for you, try the exercise in Seeing The Aura and push more energy out through the tips of your fingers as you pull them apart.

 

Can you pull them farther apart and still see streams of energy?

 

You can do these exercises with other people. Notice the difference in the way they feel. Everybody’s energy feels different. Some feel hot while others feel cool and soothing. Some will feel sharp and rough and still others will come in waves.

 

Once you understand how to move your energy in and out of your body, you can start to channel it in creative ways--More about that at another time.
