A FULL 90 minutes of focused attention on getting deeper into muscles experiencing chronic tension and contraction using stretches, strokes, and modalities used to help release trigger points, fascia, and adhesions. This massage uses much firmer pressure at times and the client may experience some discomfort or pain associated with the work being done on these muscles. Price includes travel charge and set up.
